Architectural Home
We were engaged to deliver comprehensive structural and civil engineering services for this architecturally designed home. Our engineers worked in close collaboration with the architect to ensure the structural systems achieved full compliance and performance standards, while also supporting and enhancing the architectural vision. Unit Development
We were engaged to provide structural engineering services for this contemporary two-storey townhouse development. Triple Storey Units
We were engaged to provide structural engineering services for this architecturally designed triple-storey residential development. The project required robust and efficient structural systems capable of supporting three levels while complementing the architectural design. Our scope included structural analysis and design of the footing system, framing solutions, and lateral stability measures, ensuring full compliance with Australian Standards and long-term performance.

Industrial Development
We were engaged to provide structural engineering services for this industrial development. The structural systems incorporated precast concrete wall panels, steel roof framing, a heavy-duty industrial-grade concrete slab, and reinforced concrete footings. Our design delivered durability, cost efficiency, and full compliance with Australian Standards, with solutions specifically tailored to meet the client’s unique loading requirements and operational demands.

Basement Design
We were engaged to provide structural engineering services for the staged construction of a two-storey basement forming part of a commercial development. The complex structural system incorporated concrete piles and shotcrete walls, temporarily supported by steel props until the suspended concrete slabs were completed. This staged methodology ensured stability throughout construction, resulting in a safe and durable basement structure that met site constraints, project requirements, and Australian Standards.
